Meet Habari
I’m so delighed to be part of your journey at this Retreat. During our time together, I’ll be wearing two hats – your chef and your nutrition consultant – and I couldn’t be more excited to nurture you from the inside out.
I’m based in Shillong, Meghalaya, where I run a small health food store and bake fresh sourdough bread that’s become a little local favourite. My path to nutrition coaching was shaped by a love for food, movement, and helping others build sustainable habits that honour both the body and the soul. I’m a certified nutrition coach, and I believe wellness doesn’t have to be restrictive or overwhelming — it can be joyful, grounded, and deeply personal.

Outside of the kitchen, I’m a full-time mom of two and an active explorer of all things physical — whether it’s running, swimming, lifting weights, or practicing mixed martial arts. These passions have taught me to see food as fuel, as nourishment, and as a powerful expression of love and care — especially when shared in community.
At the retreat, I’ll be bringing this philosophy into every meal we enjoy together. I can’t wait to introduce you to the vibrant gastronomy of Meghalaya, drawing from local traditions and ingredients to create meals that are wholesome, flavourful, and crafted with intention.
If you’re curious about how to eat in a way that supports your lifestyle, or simply want to reconnect with your body through food, I’m here to support and guide you.

If you’d like to explore a more tailored nutrition plan or have questions about what we’ll be eating, feel free to reach out — I’d love to connect.
Meet Priyanjali
It brings me great joy to share space with you at this retreat. I'm here to help you dive into a personalised, intuitive wellness practice. I'm here not just at the retreat but beyond, to hold your hand in your individual journey with presence, depth, and care.

My path into the healing arts began early — I was just four when I first stepped into the rhythm of Kathak. Movement, expression, and awareness have always been at the heart of who I am. I grew up dancing, training as an athlete, and nearly pursued medicine before eventually completing my studies in Psychology. But it was over a decade ago that I found my true calling — integrating ancient and modern approaches to healing through yoga, sound therapy, and mindful embodiment.

Today, I live between Auroville, Delhi, and Shillong — carrying the belief that home is a feeling, not a place. My work draws from biomechanics, somatic experiencing, yogic sciences, and mindfulness-based therapy. I offer workshops, trainings, and immersive experiences across the country — as a sevak, a seeker, a visiting faculty member, and most importantly, as a humble student of the healing arts.

During the retreat, we’ll explore wellness as a deeply personal and powerful practice. Whether you’re longing to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, or simply find stillness in a noisy world — I’m here to support you with practices that meet you exactly where you are.

If you’d like to connect or have any questions about the wellness journeys we’ll explore together, I’d love to hear from you.
Meet Teiskhem
Life has taken me through many seasons. I started my career as a product manager at a bank in a busy city, but over time, I felt a deep pull to return to my roots. Since then, I’ve worn many hats — from artist management to café consulting and business development — each role teaching me something new about who I am and what truly matters.

Recently, I moved back to my ancestral village, Sohra (Cherrapunji), to run a small and soulful homestay surrounded by the gentle embrace of nature. Being here has grounded me in ways I never imagined. It’s where I’m slowly rediscovering myself — shedding old patterns, listening more closely to my heart, and walking a path of healing.

I don’t have a fixed definition of who I am — and maybe that’s the beauty of it. Every day, I’m learning to live more naturally, more intuitively. My purpose now feels clear: to nurture a simpler, more connected way of life, and to hold space for women and tender souls who are seeking wholeness, peace, and presence.

At this retreat, I’ll be your guide to the sacred landscapes of Sohra — the waterfalls, forests, and hidden gems that have shaped my spirit. If you have questions about our excursions or the special places we’ll explore together, I’d be more than happy to help.

I look forward to welcoming you to the land I call home — and sharing in this beautiful, unfolding journey with you.
